Returns & Refunds
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the date your order was placed.
Returned products must be unused, unopened, undamaged, and in resalable condition. Due to the nature of personal care products and our minimal packaging approach, items that have been opened or used cannot be accepted for return.
Orders are sold and shipped as boxed sets. If a return is approved, all items included in the box must be returned together in their original condition. Partial returns of individual items from a boxed order are not accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.
Refunds will be processed once the returned items have been received and inspected. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.
Orders may be cancelled at any time before shipment. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process described above.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

All return requests are reviewed by the BareBearBerry team. Please allow up to 2 business days for confirmation after your request is received.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to receive a different product set is to return your original order (if eligible) and place a new order once the return is approved.
