WHAT DOES BAREBEARBERY STAND FOR?

The name BareBearBerry combines an animal and a fruit common in Canada.
It represents our belief in nature that we practice from the source of ingredients to the design of packaging.

WILL YOU BE ADDING NEW PRODUCTS TO THE LINE?

Yes, we hope to continue to expand the BareBearBerry skincare line.
Please visit this site regularly for updates or sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know about new product releases.

DO YOU TEST ON ANIMALS?

BareBearBerry products are never tested on animals.

HOW LONG DO YOUR PRODUCTS LAST?

Our lab testing suggests you use them within one year of opening.
It is best to store our products in a cool and dark setting without exposure to direct sunlight.

HOW TO USE YOUR PRODUCTS?

Gently apply one pump of our product to your specific skin area, whether it being the eye contour area, the expression wrinkles, or the cheeks.
To achieve the best result, we recommend using our product twice a day everyday for at least a month.

WHAT IS YOUR FULL RETURN POLICY?

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the date your order was placed. BareBearBerry team reviews all return requests. Please allow 2 business days for confirmation. Returned products must be unused/untouched and in original packaging. To request a return, email customersupport@barebearberry.com. Refunds will be processed once the return has been received. All returns and sales must be completed as separate transactions.

CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT THAT I'VE ONLY TOUCHED OR USED ONCE?

All products must be returned in unused condition and in their original packaging.
BareBearBerry maintains the right to deny approval of a refund for products that are believed to have been previously used.

ARE THERE ITEMS I AM NOT ALLOWED TO RETURN?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

DO YOU ALLOW EXCHANGES?

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have.
Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

WHO PAYS FOR SHIPPING ON RETURNS?

You are responsible for return shipping costs.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You may cancel your order at any time until your order has shipped. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded until it is returned to BareBearBerry. To cancel your order, email customersupport@barebearberry.com.

DO I HAVE TO PAY TAXES ON MY ORDER?

All international recipients are considered the importer and may be subject to import taxes, duties and fees enforced by the destination country. We are unable to control or predict these charges. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When shipping overseas, customs clearance procedures can delay packages by up to 4 weeks. Orders placed through barebearberry.com may also be subject to monetary conversion of Canadian dollars to the currency of the country the order is being shipped to.
